Abstract: In this paper, author reviews advances in the treatment of intestinal fistulas from classification of intestinal fistulas, anti-infection, maintenance of multiple organ functions, balance of water solution and electricity, nutritional support, and deterministic treatments ect., in order to provide a guidance treatment for intestinal fistulas.
