Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of rotator cuff repair under shoulder arthroscopy on rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 35 patients with rotator cuff injuries from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly assigned into two groups.The control group was treated by conventional method, and the observation group was treated by shoulder arthroscopy for rotator cuff repair.The time of operation, hospitalization recovery time, medical expenses, complications, as well as the shoulder pain score, shoulder flexion activity, external rotation activity, abduction activity, ASES score, and Constant-Mueley score before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The observation group significantly improved shoulder pain score, shoulder flexion activity, external rotation activity, abduction activity, ASES score, Constant-Mueley score, time of operation, hospitalization recovery time, medical expenses, and complications compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair can achieve better results for patients with rotator cuff injury, effectively improving shoulder function and shoulder mobility, as well as reducing shoulder pain and complications.
