Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided posterior medial branch block of cervical spinal nerves in the treatment of cervical facet syndrome. Methods From January 2023 to January 2025, a total of 100 patients with cervical facet syndrome were selected. Using a random number table, they were divided into a control group (conservative therapy) and a study group (ultrasound-guided therapy) to compare the efficacy between the two groups, including visual analog scale (VAS) scores, neck disability index (NDI), and neck range of motion. Results In terms of VAS scores, NDI scores, and neck mobility, there were no differences between the two groups before intervention. After intervention, the study group showed lower VAS scores and NDI scores, and larger neck range of motion than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided posterior medial branch block of cervical spinal nerves shows great advantages in the treatment of cervical facet syndrome and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
