Abstract: Clinical effect of internal fixation combined with vertebral plasty in the treatment of spinal fractures Zhao Teng -Fei ( Department of Orthopedics，Henan Worker’s Hospital Zhengzhou,Henan Province,450000,China) [Abstract] Objective:?To probe into the clinical effects of?internal fixation combined with vertebral plasty in the treatment of spinal fractures.?Methods:?60?patients who suffered from the?spinal fractures?and who accepted treatments in our hospital from?May, 2012 to?May, 2015 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the random grouping method, with 30?patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with the?internal fixation?while in the study group,?they were treated with the?internal fixation combined with vertebral plasty. Then,?the clinical effect and related clinical indicators of the changes?of these two groups of patients were compared and observed.?Outcome:?After treatment, the excellent and good rate (96.67%) of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.67%), the difference had statistically significant (P < 0.05).In addition, after treatment,the high compression ratio, Cobb angle and spinal canal occupation rate of the injured cone of two groups of patients were significantly improved than those of before treatment,while the difference in the study group was more significant,and difference had statistically significant(P<0．05).Conclusion:?The clinical values of internal fixation combined with vertebral plasty in the treatment of spinal fractures are good enough,?thus?should be promoted in the clinical application.
