搭桥对颅内动脉闭塞患者的2年内卒中再发无预防作用,而停止研究。间接颅内外血管重建可有效避免临时阻断颅内血管导致脑缺血,缺血脑组织可按需进行血管重建,临床效果值得期待[7]。
6 展望
缺血性脑血管疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,积极探讨缺血性脑血管病的防治已成为医学上亟待解决的难题。随着神经影像学和脑血流评估方法的不断改进,积极控制缺血性脑血管疾病发生的风险因素,规范颅内外血管重建的手术技术和病例选择,相信在不久的将来,会有更多的脑血管疾病患者受益于颅内外血管重建技术,减少或避免脑血管事件的再发,提高社会人群的生活质量。
