Abstract: Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection in treating large intestine sessile colorectal polyp. Methods: 86 cases with large intestine sessile colorectal polyp in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given endoscopic argon plasma coagulation and observation group was given endoscopic mucosal resection. Observed the clinical effect of the two groups. Results: Effect, operation safety and recurrence rate of observation group had obvious difference, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Endoscopic mucosal resection in treating large intestine sessile can improve curative effect and satisfaction rate, lower the recurrence rate. It has higher operation safety and is worthy of application.
