Abstract

Abstract: Penile and scrotal tears combined with testicular dislocation, if not treated in a timely manner or cared for improperly, can lead to serious infection or risk of testicular resection on the affected side, and may even be life-threatening. At present, there is no systematic and specialized introduction to such surgical nursing. This article reported the nursing care of a patient who underwent emergency surgery for penile and scrotal tears combined with testicular dislocation, in order to provide experience to improve care for such surgeries.
