腹腔镜在急性坏疽性阑尾炎手术治疗中的应用

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To assess the effect of laparoscopy on acute gangrene appendicitis, and provide a reference for improving the effect of the surgical treatment.Methods The Uinical data of 90 cases diagnosed as acute gangrenous appendicitis and received surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups: control group (66 cases) treated with traditional laparotomy and observation group (24 cases) treated with laparoscopic surgery.The effects of two kinds of operations were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed significantly reduced surgical indicators (P<0.05), analgesics usage rate (P<0.05), and postoperative complications rate (P<0.05).Conclusion Applying laparoscopy to acute gangrene appendicitis can effectively reduce the use of postoperative analgesics and complications, promote clinical efficacy, and ensure the safety of surgery, which is worth promoting.
