改良下肢骨牵引护理用具的制作与临床应用效果评价

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified nursing device of lower limb bone traction.Methods A total of 100 patients with lower limb fracture traction from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group used traditional nursing device, while the observation group used modified nursing device of lower limb bone traction.The comfort level, pressure injury rate, preparation time for traction, and satisfaction level of nurses were compared between the two groups.Results The comfort level and satisfaction level of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the preparation time for traction and pressure injury rate decreased greatly in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion The modified nursing device of lower limb bone traction can improve the work efficiency and satisfaction of medical staff, enhance patients’ comfort level, and effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure injury, which has a high value of promotion and application.
