脑卒中后尿失禁患者手术治疗护理新进展

Abstract

Abstract: This review summarized surgery types for stroke patients complicated with urinary incontinence,analyzed the advances on the treatment of urinary incontinence and related surgeries,and advised some tips on patients’ rapid recovery using preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative,and continuing nursing.To improve the treatment effect on postoperative recovery nursing approaches,such as observing patient’s vital signs,predictive care,wounds and pain management,individualized nutrition care,and individualized rehabilitation exercise are applied.Medical staffs are suggested to study on the joint approaches of several nursing intervention measures to formulate a simple and practicable set.
